NeuEve is a natural product, similar to a neutraceutical. It does not require a Phase III clinical trial, unlike pharmaceutical products. However, we do have clinical studies to assess the safety and effectiveness of these products.
A. Product Evaluation Study
We conducted product evaluation studies using Typeform, a reputable third-party survey platform that is also used by companies such as Apple, Airbnb, Uber, and Nike.
An email was sent to customers inviting them to share their feedback one month after purchasing a NeuEve product.
The email asked the customers to rate the severity of their symptoms before and after using NeuEve. The options included “very severe,” “severe,” “moderate,” “slight,” and “no symptoms.”
Responses were collected through Typeform and later analyzed by the NeuEve team with appropriate statistical methods. Charts summarizing the results were generated based on the customers’ feedback.
Study Results:
1. Products for relieving vaginal dryness, atrophy, and BV
These products include NeuEve Velvet, Silk, Silver, and Gold suppositories, Salve and Salve-Gentle balms, and Feminine Moisture Support pills. These products are designed to relieve vaginal dryness and atrophy, but Silk, Silver, and Gold suppositories can also clear BV for women of different age groups. The results are all highly significant.

3. Summary:
The survey data were collected one month after the use of NeuEve. The data might not fully reflect the true effect of the products. For example, for milder cases, users might experience improvement immediately or shortly after using the products, and one month would be too long for them. However, for severe cases, they may need a longer time to heal, and one month would be too short. Nonetheless, with continued application, all customers—including those with severe vaginal dryness from pelvic radiation or superbug infections unresponsive to estrogen or antibiotics—found full relief. One user of AV Clear (AV NIL) is a physician who has a severe case of AV (aerobic vaginitis) and has used 19 different antibiotics, but all have failed to provide relief. With only two packs of AV NIL, she found relief. Now it has been two years, and she is still AV-free. These results confirm NeuEve’s effectiveness in alleviating vaginal dryness and restoring microbial balance.
C. How fast does NeuEve work?
To evaluate the speed of NeuEve, we conducted two survey studies.
1. BV clearance with BV Clear
A total of 98 customers participated in the survey. Among them, 25 had a single episode of BV, while 73 had recurrent BV. In the survey, we asked if they felt a significant improvement in 2 hours, 1 day, 4 days, and 7 days. The result is shown below:
The result showed that 17% reported relief within 2 hours for both first and recurrent BV cases; 75% of first-time BV and 60% recurrent BV found relief within 1 day; 96% first-time BV and 85% of recurrent BV found relief within 4 days. There was another 5% more found recovery among recurrent cases after 7 days of treatment. There were 4% of new cases and 10% of recurrent cases that did not report significant relief after using BV Clear. To address these stubborn BV cases, we developed an extra-strength BV care product, BV Clear Finisher. It cleared all the stubborn BV cases.
2. Vaginal dryness, atrophy, and painful sex relief with NeuEve Silk and Salve
A total of 267 customers participated in this survey. Their ages ranged from 39 to 77, with an average age of 60. All reported having vaginal dryness and painful sex before using NeuEve. In the survey, we asked if they felt a significant improvement after using NeuEve for 7, 30, 90, and 180 days. The result is shown below:
The results showed that 32% reported relief within 7 days, 78% found relief within 30 days, 87% found relief within 90 days, and 92% found relief within 180 days. The remaining 8% of severe cases, who did not find relief using NeuEve suppositories and Salve alone, were advised to add dilator exercises and dietary supplements. These stubborn cases all found relief shortly after using the combinational approach. This combinational approach is detailed in this article: I have painful sex. Pelvic radiation therapy often results in the most severe vaginal atrophy due to its tissue-damaging effects. In such cases, both estrogen and laser treatments have failed to help. However, physicians at the renowned Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard University, Boston) observed that NeuEve provided significant, lasting relief for their radiation-treated patients. As a result, NeuEve is now recognized as one of the most effective natural, hormone-free solutions for vaginal dryness and atrophy.
