About the cost issue, we need to compare apple with apple.
First, when compared to general feminine care products, the price of NeuEve is high, but it is the most economical.
We make NeuEve with high-quality, all-natural, and organic ingredients. The cost is high, and we cannot lower its price to compete with some other low-priced products that do not work. For example, vaginal douche is among the lowest-priced feminine care products, but it has the highest profit for its manufacturer because its major ingredient is water that costs nothing. Doctors do not recommend douche (https://www.womenshealth.gov/a-z-topics/douching) as it harms women’s health. However, nearly one in five women 15 to 44 years old douche. The reason is affordability. When a woman gets a feminine odor, the cheapest self-care product is douche.
Vaginal douche is harmful but is affordable and widely accessible in supermarkets and drugstores nationwide
When most consumers need to buy a self-care product, they often start with low-priced ones, such as douche. After these products fail, they would try medium-priced products. After they fail again, they realize that they have wasted money on cheap products, and this is when they find NeuEve.
If consumers would use NeuEve first, they could have found relief sooner and saved a lot of money and time. Therefore, NeuEve is the most effective and least costly product that can help women to find relief from vaginal dryness, atrophy, and/or BV.
Second, when compared with products that can relieve vaginal atrophy and painful sex, the price of NeuEve is low.
Estrogen creams like Premarin can cost around $500 per month, with insurance copayments averaging about $200. Despite this high cost, estrogen is often ineffective in treating vaginal dryness and atrophy. Recent research from Harvard University has revealed that estrogen not only increases the risk of breast cancer but may also directly cause it. Given that vaginal dryness is a natural result of menopause—an age-related change rather than a disease—using a potent drug like estrogen to treat it is not only overmedication but also carries serious risks, including cancer, heart attack, stroke, and pulmonary thrombosis.
Recent publications by leading women's health researchers in The Lancet have emphasized that menopause is a natural stage of life, not a disease requiring drug treatment. However, drug companies have historically misrepresented menopause as a "disease" to promote the sale of estrogen drugs. This misrepresentation may have had a negative impact on women's health worldwide.
MonaLisa Touch, a laser treatment for vaginal atrophy, costs between $2,000 and $4,000 per session. However, studies conducted by university scientists in Australia have shown that this treatment is no more effective than a placebo, making it essentially a waste of money. Many women who have tried other products, including NeuEve, report that NeuEve provides better results at a fraction of the cost.
The most severe vaginal atrophy is caused by pelvic radiation to treat cancers in the pelvis. Both estrogen and MonaLisa touch have failed to provide relief. NeuEve is the only product that has provided relief for patients with the most severe vaginal atrophy due to pelvic radiation according to doctors at the Mass General Hospital of Harvard University in Boston.
The NeuEve Vulva Balm Cream is the most cost-effective option in the NeuEve product line. One jar lasts approximately six months, as only a tiny amount is needed with each application. This brings the average monthly cost to under $10—roughly the price of three cups of coffee at Starbucks. Many women with mild vaginal atrophy find that the balm cream alone is sufficient for their needs.
If you are over 70 and are the sensitive type, you may choose the Sensitive Vulva Balm Cream.
About how to use the balm cream, this article provides some tips:
If you have severe vaginal atrophy but want to save money, you can use a combination of Silk suppository, a set of plastic (not magnetic) dilators, and NeuEve Balm Cream for the first 3 months to get quick relief. Then, after your symptoms become milder, you can use just NeuEve balm cream and the set of dilators for health maintenance. This will reduce substantially your cost.
Dilators are reusable devices. One investment lasts a lifetime. It may be the most cost-efficient investment because you will not need to spend more money on dilators once you have a good set.
Dilator exercise in combination with NeuEve cream can help you find relief rapidly and cost-efficiently. After you find relief, using NeuEve balm cream daily and doing dilator exercise for health maintenance can help you stop vaginal atrophy and painful sex from coming back.

Better than anything prescribed!
This balm cream alone (I DO also use silk and the sea buckthorn pills) may be all I need in the future! It has reduced my pain to almost zero! The dryness is gone when I use it daily. This product lasts a long time! I’m still on my first crème after 3 months and it’s maybe 1/2 way gone. I have two more waiting. I’d suggest getting the pills and silk more regularly, because this will last longer. It really does take a small amount to work!!! Thank you for this product!!!

Amazing
I had no side effects I'm in my 2nd month of using this product. I can tell a difference. Sex is less painful and more enjoyable. I had a hysterectomy at age 36, 20 years ago. In the last few years, I've had painful atrophy which made it unbearable. Ladies of your having problems buy this! I was a little put off by the price but it's well worth it and much less expensive than the doctor prescribed creams. For me, it was going over $200 a month with insurance and it was not working. This is working. Thank you for this product its done wonders for me.

Unbelievable Product
I talked to my doctor about options for atrophy and painful intercourse, and the options were either very expensive and with risks or terrible side effects with different medications. This product works and is all-natural and my husband is overjoyed with the results!!!!

AMAZED after 1 month !!YAY!!
I am 53, menopausal and my vagina WAS as dry as the Sahara. I tried an expensive laser treatment without success and had not been able to tolerate any penetration for months. I started using the cream in combination with the silk (phase I) suppositories one month ago. The first application of the cream was a little uncomfortable but after that it was fine. One week later I started the silk. Inserting them was initially painful due to the level of dryness but it didn't last long. I'm one month in and have just upgraded to the next phase. Today I was able to tolerate mild penetration and achieve orgasm (insert trumpet sound here). My husband and I are both thrilled. Please give it a try and I hope it works for you. Thank you so much for making this wonderful product.

Loving it so far
I am 53 years old, a doctor visit and some testing confirmed I was not going through menopause, however, I had to deal with vaginal discharge every day, some itching occasionally, and a lot of dryness. My doctor said the discharge was normal. After using Silk the first or second time the discharge disappeared. I LOVE this product for that reason alone. I use to use a vaginal suppository to clean 1-2 times a month and that is no longer needed. As of this review, I have only used this product for one month. I like to see instant results, and if not I move on to the next thing, but I am going to give this another three months since I have had dryness for at least a year. I was a little concerned about the price but it's no different than getting a manicure and pedicure twice a month. In my opinion, stop suffering on the inside and make yourself feel as good as you do on the outside.
