I inserted a BV Clear suppository last night. Can I swim today? Will swimming interfere with my treatment?

Yes, you can swim—but not immediately after inserting a suppository. It’s best to wait at least 24 hours to allow the ingredients to fully melt and absorb. Ideally, time your swim just before your next suppository dose to avoid reducing the treatment’s effectiveness.

For example, if you're using BV Clear every 2 days (48 hours), swimming on the afternoon of the 3rd day (around hour 44) is a good option. You can then insert the next suppository shortly after your swim with no loss of effectiveness.

We also have an article about bathing, which applies the same principles as swimming. You may find it helpful: https://help.neueve.com/kb/how-to-use-the-product/i-love-bath-can-i-bath-when-i-am-using-neueve
