All ingredients used with NeuEve are all-natural and food-grade. Most premenopausal women don't feel any discomfort with BV Clear.
However, some women experience:
- spotting / discharge
- irritation
Keep going, don't lose hope. These symptoms are normal.
If you're experiencing spotting / discharge:
Don't panic, this is perfectly normal and a good thing. And here's why:
When experiencing bacterial vaginosis, the bad bacteria in the vaginal canal causes bleeding internally. The blood dries up and doesn't drain out. After using BV Clear, it induces discharge and cleans out the entire vaginal canal. The old dried blood is cleaned out too, which is what you observe.
Feel free to use a pantiliner for the discharge.
If you're experiencing irritation
There are a number of conditions that may weaken the vaginal wall. Don't panic, this is normal if you're:
- postmenopausal
- breastfeeding
- on birth control pills or certain medications
- have had breast cancer treatment
- have a hysterectomy
- have lichen sclerosus
- have lichen planus
Reduce the dosage of NeuEve. Here are two options:
- Cut the suppository in half (horizontally) and use one half at a time.
- Switching to products like NeuEve Silk, Silver, or Gold, (depending on age and atrophy).
