It may not cause sensitivity for women who are on birth control. It can help you reverse your atrophy if you use it routinely for a few months. Thus, you can start with NeuEve Gold for clearing BV and reversing vaginal atrophy caused by birth control hormones.

To clear recurrent BV when you are on birth control, below are the suggestions:

a. For the first 12 days: 1 pack of NeuEve Gold (4 suppositories). Use 1 suppository every 3 days. https://www.neueve.com/products/gold

b. If by day 12, your BV is cleared, you can use NeuEve Gold for health maintenance to stop BV from coming back, using 1 suppository per week, skipping the menstrual period week. One pack is for one month of supply. If you do not see BV coming back for 3 months, you may be BV free for a long time. So, we recommend that you do at least 3 months of maintenance with NeuEve Gold.

c. If by day 12, your BV is not cleared, you can continue using NeuEve Gold one suppository every 3 days until your BV is cleared. If after 3 packs of Gold and your BV is not cleared, you can move up a phase to BV Clear to clear your BV.
