Choice between applying the product correctly and getting a refund

Irritation is a normal reaction when the balm cream is overly applied. Some customers are too eager finding relief to read instruction before application of the product. The consequence is overapplication and the subsequent intolerance.

It is not an allergy but intolerance. It can be easily fixed by using the product in the correct amount. You only need to apply a tiny little bit of the balm, say a 1/4 of a dime size to start and never use it more than a dime size, to the external vulva once daily. Some customer used at least 100 times more than the suggested amount and hoped to find relief 100 times sooner. Unfortunately, they got intolerance due to overapplication.

1. Applying the product correctly. Here is the suggestion. Please stop using the cream for 2-3 days until it is no longer sensitized. Apply a tiny bit, say a slight touch of a fingertip (1/10 of a dime size) to the external vulva. This tiny amount may be sufficient to cause mucus glands deep inside to secrete mucus to ease dryness. If you still feel sensitive (itching), further reduce the amount. Since you are a sensitive type, a tiny amount of cream may work for you and one jar of the cream can last over 1 year.

Customers who file refund will be blocked from purchasing NeuEve again to prevent future guarantee abuse. In the future when you have severe vaginal dryness and atrophy and all other products fail, you will not be able to use NeuEve.
